A little help with the things that need getting done.
Not every practice needs ongoing support. Sometimes you have one project, one problem, or one part of the business that could use an experienced set of hands.
From building a brand that feels like you to improving team communication, developing better systems, or managing a long-overdue project, I can help you move things forward.
What can we work on together?
Not every practice needs ongoing operational support. Sometimes there's one thing you've been meaning to address, a system that isn't working quite right, or a project you haven't had the time to tackle.
These are a few ways I can step in and help. Each project has a defined scope, clear deliverables, and an agreed-upon timeline, so you know what we're working toward and what to expect.

For practice owners who are starting something new, refreshing an existing practice, or realizing their website no longer reflects who they are.
One of my favorite parts of this work is helping owners bring their vision for their practice to life. That means thinking through more than just how a website looks. We'll consider your messaging, visual direction, the clients you want to reach, and how everything comes together to feel like you.
What's included:
An initial conversation about your practice, goals, ideal clients, and brand direction
Guidance on colors, typography, imagery, messaging, and overall visual identity
Website planning, page structure, and copywriting
A complete website copy draft for your review and markup before design begins
Squarespace website design and development, typically up to five pages
Three opportunities for feedback and revisions
Connection of inquiry forms, scheduling links, and other standard website functions
Assistance selecting, purchasing, and connecting your domain, if needed
Final website review and launch support
What the process looks like:
Getting to know your practice: We'll talk through your story, your services, who you want to reach, and how you want your practice to be represented.
Copy review: I'll draft the website content for your review and markup before building the site.
First look: You'll review the initial website design and share feedback.
Final refinements + launch: We'll make the final agreed-upon adjustments and get your website ready to go live.
Starting at $1,250 | Typically 4 weeks
The project includes a five-page website and three opportunities for feedback and revisions: website copy review, initial design review, and final refinements.
Additional pages, extensive branding work, custom functionality, and ongoing website maintenance can be quoted separately. Domain registration, Squarespace subscriptions, and other third-party costs are not included.

Defining the project scope and deliverables
Building timelines and implementation plans
Coordinating team members and outside vendors
Managing tasks, deadlines, and follow-up

Troubleshooting issues and keeping the project moving
What you'll walk away with: A project that's organized, actively managed, and supported through the agreed-upon milestones or completion.
Custom pricing based on scope and duration
Projects can be structured around specific deliverables, milestones, or an agreed-upon period of support.
